Cleaning Method: Truck Mounted Steam Cleaning

Time to Dry: It can take anywhere from 2 to 24 hours for carpets to dry, depending on factors such as airflow and humidity; Most carpets will dry within 6 to 12 hours.

Time to Complete: 1-2 hours

How Often to Clean: Typically you should have your carpets professionally cleaned every 12 to 18 months.

Now The Details: Each room not to exceed 200 sqft. Rooms that exceed will be counted as two. L shape halls not to exceed 150 sqft. *light to moderate size furniture only. We cannot move heavy items, pianos, grandfather clocks, etc. Must have adjacent parking.  (If we need to park across or down the street, or clean above the 2nd floor, portable equipment may be required - extra charge applies). Water and electricity must be fully functional. Area Rugs are priced at $2.50 per sqft.
